Ex-Chairman
Mr. Surendrakumar Agarwal, an engineering graduate, is the Ex-founder Chairman of then Bramha Group of Companies since 1982 and ventured into construction business in the year 1984.
With a strong engineering background, Mr. Surendrakumar Agarwal laid the foundation of Bramha Realty and its legacy of excellence.
He has been the Ex-chairman of the then Bramha Bazzaz Hotels Limited; who owns and manages previously known as Hotel Le Meridien, Pune and presently known as ‘Sheraton Grand’ since its incorporation in 1987.
He was also the Ex-Chairman of the then Citizens Sports & Recreation Club Pvt. Ltd; who owns and manages Residency Club, Pune ever since its inception in 1986.
Under the ever inspiring stewardship and visionary skills of Mr. Surendrakumar Agarwal, the then Hotel Le Meridien and Residency Club were conceived, developed, constructed and these two landmarks in Pune city have now become the epitome of value based, customer focused and professionally managed business enterprises. His business acumen and leadership qualities have helped these two institutions to reach the pinnacle of success.
